| Vector | AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:N/A:N |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
The EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 3.4.1
Description
The issue allows unauthorized access to data due to a missing capability check on the
booking export all() function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to retrieve all event bookings, which can contain personally identifiable information (PII).Recommendations
For versions up to, and including, 3.4.1, update to a version that includes a fix for the missing capability check in the
booking export all() function.
As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the booking export all() function to prevent unauthorized data access until a patch is available.Fix
