VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions The Chessgame Shizzle plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 1.3.0
Description The issue is related to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This allows unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages via the cs nonce parameter, which can be executed if a user is tricked into performing a specific action, such as clicking on a link.
Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 1.3.0, consider updating to a version that addresses the insufficient input sanitization and output escaping issue. As a temporary workaround, restrict the use of the cs nonce parameter to minimize the risk of exploitation.
