CVE-2024-1173

CVSS v3.1

7.2

High

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:H/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions WP ERP | Complete HR solution with recruitment & job listings | WooCommerce CRM & Accounting plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 1.13.1
Description The issue is related to time-based SQL Injection via the id parameter due to insufficient escaping on the user-supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with accounting manager or admin access, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database.
Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 1.13.1, update to a version higher than 1.13.1 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the id parameter in the affected SQL query until a patch is available. Restrict access to the plugin's administrative features to minimize the risk of exploitation.
