Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Koalendar – Events & Appointments Booking Calendar plugin for WordPress versions prior to 1.0.3
Description
The issue is related to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the
height parameter due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This allows authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.Recommendations
Update to the latest version to secure your site and mitigate risks. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the
height parameter in the affected plugin until a patch is available.Fix
