Description The issue is related to arbitrary shortcode execution due to the software allowing users to execute an action without properly validating a value before running do shortcode. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary shortcodes.

Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 5.4.10, update to a version later than 5.4.10 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the do shortcode function until a patch is available.
