Description
The issue arises from the software allowing users to execute an action that does not properly validate a value before running
do shortcode, making it possible for unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary shortcodes. This allows attackers to potentially exploit the system without proper authentication.Recommendations
For versions up to, and including, 8.4.0, update to a version later than 8.4.0 to resolve the issue.
As a temporary workaround, consider disabling the execution of shortcodes until a patch is available.
Restrict access to the plugin's functionality to minimize the risk of exploitation.
