CVSS v3.1
6.1

| Vector | AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Starbox WordPress plugin versions prior to 3.5.0
Description
The issue allows users with a role as low as Contributor to perform Cross-Site Scripting attacks due to the plugin not sanitizing and escaping some parameters. This could potentially lead to Stored XSS attacks, enabling account takeover.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 3.5.0, update to version 3.5.0 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the role of users to prevent Contributors from accessing vulnerable parameters until the update is applied.
