Description The issue is related to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the meta description field due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes. This allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level and above permissions to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 1.6.13, update to a version higher than 1.6.13 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the meta description field for users with contributor-level and above permissions until a patch is available.
