Description
The issue is related to a possible failure to persist notifications settings due to improper input validation in the
migrateNotificationFilter function of NotificationManagerService.java. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.Recommendations
For Android versions prior to the fixed version, consider restricting access to the
migrateNotificationFilter function in NotificationManagerService.java to minimize the risk of exploitation.
