Description
The issue is related to information exposure through microarchitectural state after transient execution from some register files for some Intel(R) Atom(R) Processors. This may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable information disclosure via local access. The vulnerability is caused by the possibility of determining residual information from the register files of the processor, which are used for shared storage of register contents in all tasks on the same CPU core. The estimated number of potentially affected devices worldwide is not available.
