Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
The Unlimited Elements For Elementor plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 1.5.102
Description
The issue allows authenticated attackers with contributor access or higher to perform time-based SQL Injection via the
id parameter due to insufficient escaping on the user-supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This enables attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries, which can be used to extract sensitive information from the database.Recommendations
For versions up to, and including, 1.5.102, consider restricting access to the
id parameter until a patch is available. As a temporary workaround, limit contributor access or higher to minimize the risk of exploitation.Fix
SQL injection
