Description
The issue is related to a missing capability check on the
cp dismiss notice() function, allowing authenticated attackers with subscriber-level access and above to update arbitrary option values to true. This enables them to modify data without proper authorization.Recommendations
For ConvertPlug plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 3.5.25: Update to a version higher than 3.5.25 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the
