Description The issue is related to a module reference leakage from the bdev open by dev error path in the Linux kernel. When bdev may open() is called, a module reference is grabbed, and it should be released if bdev may open() fails. This problem was found through code review.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
