Description The issue is related to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's HowTo and FAQ widgets due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes. This allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 1.0.216, update to a version later than 1.0.216 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the HowTo and FAQ widgets for users with contributor-level access and above until a patch is available.
