Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Absolute Secure Access versions prior to 13.06

Description The issue is a cross-site scripting vulnerability in the Policy management UI of Absolute Secure Access. Attackers with system administrator permissions can interfere with another system administrator’s use of the policy management UI when the administrators are editing the same policy object. The scope is unchanged, there is no loss of confidentiality. Impact to system availability is none, impact to system integrity is high.

Recommendations For versions prior to 13.06, update to version 13.06 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the Policy management UI to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid allowing multiple system administrators to edit the same policy object simultaneously until the issue is resolved.
