Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Vilo 5 Mesh WiFi System versions 5.16.1.33 and earlier
Description
The issue is related to Insecure Permissions, specifically a lack of authentication in the custom TCP service on port 5432. This allows remote, unauthenticated attackers to gain administrative access over the router.
Recommendations
For versions 5.16.1.33 and earlier, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the custom TCP service on port 5432 until a patch is available.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
