Lenovo preloaded Windows versions 7 through 8

The vulnerability is related to a buffer overflow in the stack, which can be exploited to bypass existing security restrictions and execute arbitrary code.
Recommendations
For Lenovo preloaded Windows versions 7 through 8, consider disabling the system recovery bootloader as a temporary workaround until a patch is available. Restrict local access to minimize the risk of exploitation.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
