Description The issue is related to a buffer overflow vulnerability in the Core component of Oracle VM VirtualBox, which can be exploited to execute arbitrary code and elevate privileges. This vulnerability can be easily exploited by a low-privileged attacker with logon access to the infrastructure where Oracle VM VirtualBox is executed, potentially leading to the compromise of Oracle VM VirtualBox and impacting additional products.
