Description A critical issue affects the function formIPMacBindModify of the file /goform/modifyIpMacBind. The manipulation of the arguments IPMacBindRuleId, IPMacBindRuleIp, IPMacBindRuleMac, and IPMacBindRuleRemark leads to a stack-based buffer overflow. The attack may be initiated remotely.

Recommendations As a temporary workaround, consider disabling the formIPMacBindModify function until a patch is available. Restrict access to the /goform/modifyIpMacBind endpoint to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the parameters IPMacBindRuleId, IPMacBindRuleIp, IPMacBindRuleMac, and IPMacBindRuleRemark in the affected API endpoint until the issue is resolved.
