Description
The issue is related to an Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an SQL Command, also known as a 'SQL Injection' vulnerability. This could allow an unauthenticated attacker with remote access to potentially exploit the vulnerability, leading to command execution. The vulnerability is related to the Web Restore Login Action.
Recommendations
For Dell Avamar versions 19.x, consider disabling the Web Restore Login Action as a temporary workaround until a patch is available. Restrict access to the vulnerable component to minimize the risk of exploitation.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
