Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description A security issue in the Linux kernel's AMD display module has been resolved. The problem involved reading from certain registers in the DCN35 DMCUB diagnostic collection, which should not be accessed by the driver. This action triggered a security violation when the DMCUB work timed out and diagnostics were collected, blocking the Z8 entry. The solution involved removing the register read from DCN35.
