Description: A race condition issue has been resolved in the Linux kernel, specifically in the scsi: lpfc component. The problem occurred when deleting an NPIV instance, as it required all fabric ndlps to be released before the instance's resources could be torn down. Failure to release these ndlps beforehand led to kref imbalance race conditions. The fix involves forcing the DA ID to complete synchronously with the usage of wait queue.
