Description
The issue is related to Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation, also known as Cross-site Scripting (XSS). This allows for Reflected XSS attacks.
Recommendations
For Perception System Ajax Content Filter versions 1.0 and earlier, consider implementing proper input validation and sanitization to prevent XSS attacks. As a temporary workaround, restrict access to sensitive areas of the web application that utilize the Ajax Content Filter until a patch is available. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
