Description The issue arises from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes, specifically the size attribute of the Heading Title widget. This allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages. These scripts will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 5.5.4, update to a version that addresses the insufficient input sanitization and output escaping issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the Heading Title widget for users with contributor-level access and above until a patch is available. Avoid using the size attribute in the Heading Title widget until the issue is resolved.
