Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel has been resolved. The issue is related to a copy/paste error in the
i3c master put i3c addrs() function, where dyn addr was not properly replaced with init dyn addr. This error led to a miss free init dyn addr. The vulnerability is related to the i3c bus set addr slot status() function, where the dyn addr was freed. The issue has been fixed by replacing dyn addr with init dyn addr in the affected code.Recommendations
