CVSS v3.1

5.5

Medium

VectorAV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel versions prior to 6.6.74
Description A warning is triggered in the Linux kernel when running a specific command, due to a task being boosted and having its parameters set by rt mutex setprio, making a new call to setup new dl entity unnecessary. The warning occurs because set cpus allowed dequeues and enqueues tasks with the ENQUEUE RESTORE flag set.
Recommendations Update to Linux kernel version 6.6.74 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider avoiding the specific command that triggers the warning until a patch is available.
