Description The issue allows authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access and above to modify data without proper authorization due to a missing capability check on the ffw activate template function. This enables them to store cross-site scripting that triggers when viewing dashboard templates or accessing FAQs.

Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 1.6.4, update to a version that includes a fix for the missing capability check on the ffw activate template function. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the ffw activate template function until a patch is available.
