Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel has been resolved, related to the intel soc pmic bxtwc driver for PMIC devices. The issue arose from flaws in the implementation of using the hierarchy of IRQ chips, which was unveiled when platform get irq() started warning on IRQ 0, a supposed Linux IRQ number. The driver has been reworked to respect the IRQ domain when creating each MFD device separately.
