Description: The issue arises from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, allowing unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in feedback form responses via the name parameter. These scripts will execute when a high-privileged user views the responses.

Recommendations: For versions up to, and including, 1.0.15, update to a version higher than 1.0.15 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to feedback form responses to minimize the risk of exploitation.
