CVSS v3.1
5.4
Medium
| Vector | AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:L |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions:
Community Events WordPress plugin versions prior to 1.5
Description:
The issue concerns a lack of CSRF check when deleting events, which could allow attackers to make a logged-in admin delete arbitrary events via a CSRF attack.
Recommendations:
For versions prior to 1.5, update to version 1.5 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to event deletion functionality to minimize the risk of exploitation.
