Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
The Modern Events Calendar plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 7.12.1
Description
The issue allows authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access and above to make web requests to arbitrary locations originating from the web application. This can be used to query and modify information from internal services via the

For versions up to, and including, 7.12.1, consider disabling the
mec fes form AJAX function as a temporary workaround until a patch is available. Restrict access to internal services to minimize the risk of exploitation.Fix
