| Vector | AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:N/A:N |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Admin Post Navigation plugin for WordPress versions up to and including 2.1
Description
The issue allows unauthenticated attackers to retrieve the full path of the web application, which can aid other attacks. This is due to the plugin utilizing bootstrap and leaving test files with display errors on. The information displayed is not useful on its own and requires another issue to be present for damage to an affected website.
Recommendations
For versions up to and including 2.1, update to a version that fixes this issue, as the current version leaves the application open to full path disclosure attacks. As a temporary workaround, consider disabling the display errors feature in the test files to minimize the risk of exploitation.
