An attacker must first obtain the ability to execute low-privileged code on the target system in order to exploit this issue. The specific flaw exists within the PSANHost executable, where an attacker can create a junction to abuse the service and delete arbitrary files, potentially escalating privileges and executing arbitrary code in the context of SYSTEM.
