Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions The Relevanssi – A Better Search plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 4.22.2

Description The issue allows unauthenticated attackers to extract potentially sensitive information from password protected posts due to insufficient limitations on the posts returned when searching. This is possible via the relevanssi do query() function.

Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 4.22.2, update to a version later than 4.22.2 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the relevanssi do query() function until a patch is available.
