Description
The issue is related to the efi module in the Linux kernel, specifically with the
get next variable() function being set to NULL in the kdump kernel, causing a panic during the kexec-ed kernel boot. This is due to a null pointer dereference. The vulnerability may allow an attacker to cause a denial of service.Recommendations
