CVSS v3.1

10

Critical

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:C/C:H/I:H/A:H
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Woo Inquiry plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 0.1
Description The issue is related to SQL Injection due to insufficient escaping on the user-supplied parameter dbid and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This allows unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries, which can be used to extract sensitive information from the database.
Recommendations For Woo Inquiry plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 0.1, consider disabling the plugin until a patch is available to prevent SQL Injection attacks. As a temporary workaround, restrict access to the dbid parameter to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
