Description:
The issue concerns a lack of proper client validation during XPC inter-process communication (IPC) in the com.uaudio.bsd.helper service, which handles privileged operations. This service fails to verify the code requirements, entitlements, or security flags of any client attempting to establish a connection. As a result, unauthorized clients can exploit the service's methods and escalate privileges to root.
