Description: The issue is related to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the tooltip and countdown functionality due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

Recommendations: For versions up to, and including, 2.9.7, update to a version higher than 2.9.7 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the tooltip and countdown functionality until a patch is available. Additionally, restrict contributor-level access and above to minimize the risk of exploitation.
