Description:
The issue is related to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting due to the use of
remove query arg without appropriate escaping on the URL. This allows unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link.Recommendations:
For versions up to, and including, 2.15, update to a version that fixes the issue, as the current version is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting.
As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the plugin's functionality until a patch is available.
Avoid using links that could potentially trick users into executing malicious scripts, and educate users about the risks of clicking on unverified links.
