Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions:
Elementor Addon Elements plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 1.13.8
Description:
The issue allows authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access and above to extract sensitive private, pending, and draft template data via the
render column function in modules/data-table/widgets/data-table.php. This makes it possible for attackers to access sensitive information.Recommendations:
For versions up to, and including, 1.13.8, update to a version higher than 1.13.8 to resolve the issue.
As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the
render column function in modules/data-table/widgets/data-table.php to minimize the risk of exploitation.Fix
