Description The issue allows authenticated attackers with subscriber-level access and above to have full access to the Telegram Bot API endpoint and communicate with it due to a missing capability check on the Wps Telegram Chat Admin::checkConnection function. This can lead to unauthorized modification of data and loss of data.

Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 4.5.4, consider disabling the Wps Telegram Chat Admin::checkConnection function until a patch is available to prevent unauthorized access to the Telegram Bot API endpoint. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
