| Vector | AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
The EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 4.0.4.7
Description
The issue is related to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the
ep booking attendee fields fields due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This allows unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses the transaction log for a booking.Recommendations
For versions up to, and including, 4.0.4.7, update to a version later than 4.0.4.7 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the
ep booking attendee fields fields until a patch is available.Fix
