CVSS v3.1
4.8

| Vector | AV:N/AC:L/PR:H/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
LearnPress WordPress plugin version 4.2.7.2 and earlier
Description
The issue concerns the LearnPress WordPress plugin, which does not properly sanitize and escape some of its settings. This could allow high-privilege users, such as administrators, to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks, even when the unfiltered html capability is disallowed, for example, in a multisite setup.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 4.2.7.2, update to version 4.2.7.2 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the plugin's settings to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the
unfiltered html capability in multisite setups until the issue is resolved.Exploit
