Description
The issue is related to an out-of-bounds read vulnerability when parsing a crafted file, which could result in a read past the end of an allocated memory structure. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction, where a victim must open a malicious file.
Recommendations
For Adobe Photoshop versions 24.7.3, 25.7 and earlier, avoid opening files from untrusted sources until a patch is available.
As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to files that could potentially exploit this issue until a fix is released.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
