Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Adobe Audition versions 24.2, 23.6.4 and earlier

Description The issue is related to NULL Pointer Dereference errors. Exploitation of this issue could allow an attacker to cause a denial-of-service condition by crashing the application. This can be achieved by getting a victim to open a specially crafted malicious file, which requires user interaction.

Recommendations For Adobe Audition versions 24.2 and earlier, update to a version that is not affected by this issue. For Adobe Audition version 23.6.4 and earlier, update to a version that is not affected by this issue. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
