Description
A heap buffer overflow issue in the Tab Groups component of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge allows a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. This can be achieved if the attacker convinces a user to engage in specific UI gestures. The issue may lead to arbitrary code execution or denial of service in the target system.
Recommendations
For Google Chrome versions prior to 126.0.6478.54, update to version 126.0.6478.54 or later to resolve the issue.
For Microsoft Edge, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
