Description The issue is related to a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability. It could be exploited by a privileged attacker to inject malicious scripts into vulnerable form fields. When a victim browses to the page containing the vulnerable field, malicious JavaScript may be executed in their browser. The vulnerability is also associated with insufficient protection of the web page structure.
Recommendations For Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.20 and earlier, consider disabling the vulnerable form fields until a patch is available. Restrict access to these fields to minimize the risk of exploitation. As a temporary workaround, avoid using the vulnerable fields in the affected pages until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
