5.5

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/Au:S/C:P/I:P/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions: Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.20 and earlier
Description: The issue is related to a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability. This vulnerability could be exploited by an attacker to inject malicious scripts into vulnerable form fields. When a victim browses to the page containing the vulnerable field, malicious JavaScript may be executed in their browser. The vulnerability is associated with a lack of protection for the web page structure, which could allow a remote attacker to conduct a cross-site scripting attack.
Recommendations: For Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.20 and earlier, consider disabling vulnerable form fields until a patch is available. Restrict access to potentially vulnerable pages to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using vulnerable fields in forms until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
