Description: The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Request Submission and Scheduling component of Oracle Concurrent Processing. This easily exploitable vulnerability allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Concurrent Processing, potentially resulting in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle Concurrent Processing accessible data.

Recommendations: For versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.13, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
