Description:
The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Outside In Core component of Oracle Outside In Technology, allowing a low-privileged attacker with logon to the infrastructure to compromise the system. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized access to data, including update, insert, or delete access to some data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of data. Additionally, it can cause a partial denial of service.
Recommendations:
For versions 8.5.6 and 8.5.7, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
